Redland Elementary School is proud to welcome and support our military-connected students and families!
At Redland Elementary School, we understand that military families may experience unique transitions, including changes in schools, communities, and routines. Our goal is to ensure that every military-connected student feels welcomed, supported, connected, and ready to learn.
Our school is committed to creating a strong support system for military families through student leadership, staff development, family engagement, and community partnerships.
Student-Led Transition Program
Our Student-Led Transition Program helps new military-connected students feel comfortable and connected when they join our school community.
Through peer support, student ambassadors help new students:
- Learn about our school and routines
- Find classrooms and important locations
- Meet new friends
- Become familiar with school activities
- Feel welcomed and connected to the Redland community
Our students play an important role in making every new student feel like they belong.

PTA – Family Engagement & Support
Our PTA is an important partner in creating a welcoming school community.
