I am thrilled to serve as the principal of Redland Elementary School for the 2024/2025 school year. Our theme for this year is “Let’s Continue to Seas the A!” As we set sail on this new journey, I warmly invite all stakeholders to visit our building and witness firsthand the remarkable happenings at our school. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and extraordinary hospitality. As we strive for excellence, we welcome suggestions to improve and enhance everyone’s overall experience at Redland Elementary School.
The mission of Redland Elementary School is simple: to ensure that each student’s educational experience, while in a clean and safe learning environment, propels them to become critical and practical thinkers, and reflective learners. This will be achieved through engaging students in diverse learning activities, holding each student to high expectations, and equipping our instructional staff with all the necessary tools to ensure the success of our entire school team.
Additionally, our instructional staff will participate in collaborative planning and professional development sessions, receiving best practices based on observational and scientific data to support the individual needs of students.
Students and families will have the opportunity to participate in various before and after school activities, including field trips for students, parent workshops, and parent nights to foster student and parental involvement throughout the school year.
Furthermore, the mental health of our school community is of utmost importance. Students, faculty, and staff will have immediate access to mental health counselors, school counselors, and additional district mental health resources.
Overall, as a team, Redland Elementary School will demonstrate continuous growth while engaging each team member and stakeholder.
